BIOGRAPHY
Oka Giner is a Mexican actress who became nationally famous for having obtained one of the two leads in Gossip Girl: Acapulco , a remake made by Pedro Damián of the original American series. Before dedicating herself to acting, Ella Oka was a model but feeling tremendously attracted to the seventh art, she decided to move from Chihuahua to Mexico City to study at the Televisa Artistic Education Center. In 2014 she obtained an important role in Señorita Pólvora , a production produced by Sony and Televisa, distributed by TNT. The series starred Camila Sodi. In addition, Ella Oka has participated in several music videos, some of them are Dicen por hay by Paty Cantú, Cada noche by Diego Amozurrutia, among others. Her first short film was filmed and written by her, under the title Let’s Make a Short, while her second was M for iMportante , in which she played the role of Alejandra. In 2021, Oka Giner participated in Madre solo hay 2 , a Netflix original series starring Paulina Goto and Ludwika Paleta.
