He was born on July 29, 1971 in Texas (United States). Born to Diane Lucas, young Oliver was interested in drawing from an early age.

At South West High School, the news was that he wasn’t exactly friendly with the boys on the football team because… you guessed it, the skating skills impressed the ladies.
Unfortunately, he was caught up in the winds of unleashed adolescence and curiosity, falling into drugs and gradually becoming addicted. His new way of life landed him in trouble with the arm of the law while locked up in prison. On leaving, he realized the error of his behavior and corrected it by going to work in a transportable factory.

His tattoo career started in his teens when he was 19 years old. It came into full force when he met a tattoo artist Stell. He saw a difference and a special touch in his art. Moving to Dallas with Stell, he began working at Stell’s tattoo studio, named Pair-O-Dice Tattoo.
Reflecting Stell said, “He’s one of the best guys I’ve ever worked with”. Stell trained Oliver to become a professional entertainer, leading to the current success he now enjoys. Asked about the cost of Oliver getting a tattoo, he reiterates that it depends on the type of tattoo that attracts interest, with the cheapest being $100 to $200 and even $300.
He is the co-owner of Texas-based Elm Street Tattoo, as well as the owner of Los Angeles-based True Tattoo. The Elm Street Tattoo was co-founded with artist Dean Williams. Elm Street in 2016 is 20 years old, it has 10 artists, including Peck and Williams. His job as a judge on Ink Master is what he cares most about. Spike TV’s Ink Master’s Chris Nunez and Dave Navarro served as judges for the series.
At 46, Oliver is considered one of the American “old school” artists. He holds a Guinness World Record for the most tattoos done in 24 hours, which currently stands at 415, up from 400 previously.

In 2003, Oliver Peck married fellow tattoo artist Kat Von D. She previously held the Guinness World Record for the most tattoos done in 24 hours. Hers was 400, it was broken in 2008 by her ex-husband. She has a net worth of $10.0 million. They had been married for four years and had a daughter together. Their marital problems heated up in 2007, they separated that year and divorced the same year.
