Also known as Gipsy Chef, the Spaniard Pablo Albuerne wanted to dedicate himself to photography in his youth, but lacking passion for the profession, he took a sabbatical year, when he discovered the book The Kitchen of Santi Santamaría: the Ethics of Taste, that changed his life. With an innate talent for cooking, he made the decision to dedicate himself to the culinary art and enrolled in the Hospitality School in Spain. After graduating, he worked with Santi Santamaría at El Racó de Can Fabes, a restaurant that won three Michelin stars, located in Sant Celoni. The chef has since published the book Gipsy Chef. My world in 40 bestial recipes, and he has a successful YouTube channel, where he shows his adventurous spirit in his kitchen. In 2022 he will bring his free and rebellious demeanor to the second season of MasterChef Celebrity , as the competition’s third judge alongside Chef Betty and Chef JoséRa.
