BIOGRAPHY
Born in Louisiana, Roy Frank Mitte had an accident at birth, causing him cerebral palsy. At the age of 16, following physical exercise, he no longer needed a crutch to walk. After a small role in the series Hanna Montana , he decided to take acting lessons. Shortly after this decision, the television channel AMC contacted him to offer him the role of Walter White Jr in the cult series Breaking Bad .

This character present from the beginning to the end of the program has the same handicap as him, but more pronounced. This is why during filming, RJ had to exaggerate his disability. His performance earned him a Harold Russell Award. The enormous success of the series led to him obtaining roles such as that of Tim in the film House of Last Things (2013) and that of the main character in “Who’s Driving Doug” (2014).
