You can find Ghost Glovewort 5 in
Leyndell, Royal Capital: Auriza Hero's Grave – In the northeast outside the Royal Capital building, step on the elevator to go down.
After walking down the 1st ramp drop down to the floor below, you find this straight ahead past the frog enemies.
There are some more in every part of Auzira Hero's Grave.

Grave Glovewort is a flower and a substance that is mostly used to increase the number of ashes in a grave. Upgraded Materials can be obtained through exploring, looting certain portions of a Location, being dropped by a specific Enemy or Boss, being gifted by an NPC, or being sold by a Merchant. Grave Glovewort comes in three varieties in the Elden Ring: Grave Glovewort 1, Grave Glovewort 2, and Grave Glovewort 3. Grave Glovewort 2 is used to specifically strengthen the ashes up to +2.

You can find Ghost Glovewort 1 in Ainsel River: Ainsel River Downstream. Continue Downstream and through the tunnels till you arrive out into an open area with statue ruins. It is the arena to battle Dragonkin Soldier of Nokstella. Beat him and open the chest in the base of the tower for the item.

Elden Ring Premise
The Elden Ring is set in the Lands Between, after the shattering of the titular Elden Ring and the scattering of its fragments, the Great Runes.
