BIOGRAPHY
Zuria Valeria Vega Sisto is a Mexican actress, producer and singer born on January 10, 1989 in Mexico City. She is the daughter of actor Gonzalo Vega, her older sister is also actress Marimar Vega. Zuria is known for Sexo y otros secretos (2007), Alma de iron (2008) and I don’t know whether to cut my veins or leave them long (2013).
Vega began her career as an actress in the play La Señora Presidente , which her father, actor Gonzalo Vega, starred in and directed for several seasons. When she was 17, she landed her first television role as “Roberta” in the Mexican drama series SOS: Sexo y otros Secretos . In 2008 she gained popularity in Mexico for her roles in the soap operas Alma de Hierro and Mar de Amor . In 2010, she appeared in an episode of the third season of the suspense anthology series, Mujeres Asesinas 3 .
In 2013, she starred in the hit comedy soap opera, How Poor So Rich alongside Jaime Camil. In November 2014, she was confirmed as the lead actress in the telenovela Que te perdone Dios , produced by Televisa in which Vega shared the stars with Mexican actor Mark Tacher. Recording began on November 15, 2014 in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
Vega began dating actor Alberto Guerra in August 2013. The couple married in a ceremony in San Francisco, Nayarit, on November 22, 2014. And it was not until January 11, 2017 that they welcomed a girl named Lua.
